Don’t worry; no Applicants will be discarded. They will simply be ranked according to your criteria.

Here are a few ways you can let your Endorsed AI know what you are looking for:
Applicants that have at least 3 years experience working in a restaurant
Applicants that have “fine dining” experience
Applicants that have a history of staying at jobs for more than 9 months
Applicants who have at least a high school diploma (or equivalent)
This feature is an additional cost and be turned on/ off position by position.
The cost is under $0.50 per applicant and charged on a monthly basis.
