Using AI to review resumes

Now you can leverage AI to review your applicants for you, based on your specific criteria.

Consider this your personal hiring assistant.

How does it work?

  1. Choose up to 5 criteria on which you would like the AI to evaluate the applicants.

  2. Endorsed AI will evaluate your applicants, summarize the resumes and sort them accordingly with the highest ranking applicants appearing at the top of the list.

  3. Review the applicants quickly by reading the 5 point summary.

Don’t worry; no Applicants will be discarded. They will simply be ranked according to your criteria.

Examples of Criteria

Here are a few ways you can let your Endorsed AI know what you are looking for:

  • Applicants that have at least 3 years experience working in a restaurant

  • Applicants that have “fine dining” experience

  • Applicants that have a history of staying at jobs for more than 9 months

  • Applicants who have at least a high school diploma (or equivalent)

This feature is an additional cost and be turned on/ off position by position.

The cost is under $0.50 per applicant and charged on a monthly basis.

AI increases speed and accuracy by enabling users to:

1) Not review bad applications

2) Read AI notes vs full resumes

3) See the best candidates first to action faster
