Welcome to this tutorial on how to use message templates in the candidate feed.

If you're a longtime user, this is actually gonna be a new experience from what you're used to.

And if you're a brand new user, this also has some great information on how to use templates in the feed.

Message templates allow you to grab one of your templates that you've created in settings and insert it. The message variables like candidate name, location name, position name make these templates compatible with all locations, all positions, all candidates.

Depending on the type of template, you'll have things like the scheduling link that are going to be required.

Anywhere you can send messages, you can customize those messages or use templates.
