Screening questions are a great way to learn more about candidates, in any stage of the hiring process. Often, employers may want to ask for a resume, if candidates have particular experience, or if they meet specific requirements.

You can send screening questions using the Messaging function, either sending a template of questions, or creating a new template. This will send a link to the candidate (via text) which will take them to a webpage, showing the questions and allowing them to include their responses.

You'll then be able to view those responses in their profile (and save as a pdf).
