If you extend an interview request to a candidate, they will receive our general message:

Good news! You've got an interview request from [restaurant] on foh&boh!

However, you can personalize this message and use that as a default instead. This is a great opportunity to tell a candidate what it's like to work with you. You can mention perks like family dinners, free parking, friendly co-workers, and energetic atmosphere. The more a candidate learns about your company, the more you'll reduce no shows for interviews.

Try something like:

Nice to meet you! Thank you for your interest in our company; we'd like to extend you an invite to meet with our team for an interview. Just a little about us: We have a strong team and believe that people come first. We offer free parking, and pay out tips nightly. We're excited to meet with you soon!

If your candidate schedules an interview, they will receive our general message:

Hi [Candidate],

Thanks for scheduling your interview with [restaurant] on foh&boh!

However, you can personalize this message and use that as a default instead. This will allow you to provide instructions and make it clear what they should do when they arrive to their interview. You can mention things like where to park, who to ask for, and what to bring. In addition, our platform allows you to add documents or URLs so the candidate can prep before the interview.

Try something like:

We are looking forward to meeting you! Please feel free to park in the lot behind the restaurant. When you come in, tell the host that you are here to see Heather. See you soon.
